Hi, I'm back.

Hi, I’m back.

Our last post was in September of 2019, and oh boy, have we needed some self care in 2020!

It seemed silly to continue putting a platform whose sole purpose is to promote love, transparency and encouragement on pause while these things are what the world needs most right now.

Since 2019, I graduated college (*in the middle of a pandemic).

I accepted a job in my hometown doing what I love*.

There’s been a lot in between, but that’s what sticks out to me most.

Ariel, our fabulous graphic designer, also graduated* and is still a ray of sunshine. I find comfort in our phone calls driving home from work.

Miranda, with my handwriting of LOVE <3 tattooed on her wrist, is engaged and I’ll be in her wedding (in 2023).

These things all sound so good, but there’s been a lot of hurt and loss in these last few months. My hope is that in the days, weeks and months to come, this can once again be a platform of positivity.

What I’ve learned lately is that positivity isn’t the lack of awareness of what’s going on around you, but it’s choosing each day to find the good and be grateful for what you have. Lately? That’s been so hard.

I’ve specifically been praying for strength, positivity and confidence starting my career in the middle of a pandemic.

It was never meant to be a platform for just my voice either. I’m excited to welcome new writers and lovers soon. If you’re interested in writing for us, please email or DM us on Instagram. Shoot me a text. What would you write about? Your journey. Where you find encouragement, faith, joy, peace, love and honesty. The hard truths you’ve learned lately. Your lived experiences that maybe, just maybe, would inspire others. We want all of this and more.

This Letter Contains So. Much. Love.
