It's been two years since I first wrote the letter that changed my life. I'm so thankful for the letters and love I have received over the past two years from This Letter Contains Love. However, I knew it was time for more.
It was time to share my story. Who knows if it will reach 10 people or 1,000. I just believe what has happened in my life wasn't by accident and because of this, I feel called to encourage others to encourage. Sounds silly, I know.
Starting this blog scares me. The commitment and dedication scares me. The resources I lack scares me. The thought that I may just be pushing this out into the void... scares me.
But if you felt God was calling you to sing a new song... would you sing it?
This is the line I kept asking myself.
So Jesus, take it away. Help me dance to the beat when the words are hard to remember or come by. Help me sing loudly so the people who need this most may hear me. Help me be clear in my tone and delivery.
Oh, and Jesus? Thanks for making me brave enough to share this awesome story you crafted into my life.
